Learn from a panel discussion on how exploring lessons around socio-economic issues learned in 2020 can help drive socio-economic change in 2021.
Description:
This is a 1.5-hour WebEx virtual discussion, created in collaboration with the Presbyterian Committee on Self Development of People and the Office For Globalization – Louisville Metro Government
The event is for local community partners, volunteers, organizations, and anyone interested in the work of creating equity and/or advocating for social-economic issues.
Our purpose is to create an awareness around the intersectionality of the three pandemics experienced in 2020: COVID-19, economic downturn and civic unrest. We also want to provide perspectives on each from local and national subject matter experts and explore possible lessons learned to help guide our work in eradicating poverty.
Hosts: Presbyterian Committee on the Self Development of People & Office For Globalization – Louisville Metro Government
