COMMITTEE ON PERSONNEL

2023, 2024 Chair: Elder Denise Martin

The purpose of the Committee on Personnel is to provide oversight of all staff employed by the Presbytery.

Some of the Personnel Committee’s responsibilities:

• With Presbytery Council develop position descriptions
• Provide oversight of all staff employed by Presbytery
• Conduct annual reviews for Executive Presbytery, Stated Clerk, Treasurer
• Review annual evaluations of administrative support staff performed by Executive Presbyter
• Recommend appropriate compensation for all staff within limits recommended by Financial Affairs Committee
• Submit recommendations to Presbytery Council for action in disciplinary matters
