COMMITTEE ON FINANCIAL AFFAIRS

2021 Chair: Rev. Lindsay Woods Wong

The purpose of the Committee on Financial Affairs is to assist the Presbytery and its churches as it manages all real property and assets of the Presbytery.

Some of the Committee on Financial Affairs’ responsibilities:

  • Manage all real property and assets of the Presbytery
  • Implement all policy matters dealing with spending or borrowing money
  • Execute all legal documents on behalf of the Presbytery when so ordered
  • Set ecclesiastical budget
  • Obtain Presbytery or Committee approval before any church or organization shall lease or rent any real property for one year or more
